Our Guarantee for Your Building
Because we value your business, we offer a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Standard Series sheds manufactured by Dakota Storage Buildings that are paid in full, including stock sheds and packages (Garden Shed, Garden Shed XL, Backyard Shed, and Backyard Shed XL). Our Custom Shed package is not included. 

Our non-transferable guarantee applies only to Standard Series sheds paid in full at the time of purchase and to the original purchaser and location. Relocating products by any party automatically invalidates this guarantee. Onsite shed construction is not included.

This guarantee does not apply to any Dakota Storage Buildings product or component damaged by adverse weather conditions, earthquake, hail, wind, fire, water, flood, earth movement, accidents, theft, vandalism, or an act of God.

 

Your Warranty-Backed Purchase
While we do a full 360-degree quality inspection of all the buildings we manufacture and sell, occasionally, things happen. And every once in a while, a problem goes undiscovered until the building's fully in place. We understand these things can happen, and we know it's not your fault. 

To give you full confidence in your purchase, we'll take care of any manufacturer-related deficiencies. All of our buildings come with a Top-to-Bottom Limited Warranty to cover all of the things you definitely shouldn't have to worry about.

The bottom line is, if you're not happy, we're not happy — and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

Our Warranty for Your Building
Because we value your business, all buildings manufactured by Dakota Storage Buildings come with a Top-to-Bottom Limited Warranty certificate. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser and location. Relocating products by any party automatically invalidates our warranties.

Our warranties do not apply to any Dakota Storage Buildings product or part which has been damaged by adverse weather conditions, earthquake, hail, wind, fire, water, flood, earth movement, accidents, theft, vandalism, an act of God, or any instance customarily covered by homeowners insurance.

Dakota Storage Buildings guarantees that products will remain structurally sound when used appropriately and maintained properly. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is characteristic of any outdoor product exposed to natural elements, is not covered under our warranties.

As with any building, settling may occur. Buildings need periodic cleaning, painting, and caulking. To prevent poor ventilation, do not plant vegetation around the perimeter of the structure.
